The Chef will be happy to satisfy any special requests (which we suggest communicating at the time of booking): food intolerances, menus for those with celiac sprue, vegans or vegetarians.
The Acero Rosso Restaurant, with its 230 seats, is also open to external customers who are not staying at the hotel, for business dinners, banquets, weddings and ceremonies.
